I had a rough time in Toronto when some idiot smacked into my nice BMW! It's a nice 2006 black 540i with all the toys, but I didn't know who to call when my back bumper got all messed up. I sure didn't want to pay the dealership prices, and I sure didn't want to go through insurance, since it happened in a parking lot.
Carlos was awesome! He got me a rental car at a huge discount, and the price was WAY better than 3 other body shops I talked to!
When I got the car back, the work was so good, I couldn't tell anyone had hit it!!! The customer service was great, and Carlos knows what he is doing. By far the best experience I have ever had with a shop!
