When Olga Pomeransky got married in Israel in 2001, she was frustrated with bridal consultants during her search for her ideal wedding dress. “I had this goal to get them to understand what I wanted. I wanted something simple,” remembers Olga. “[The consultants] did’t want to do what I wanted, which upset me and I told them I needed a dress like the one I dreamt about.”
When she moved to Canada four years later she kept that encounter in mind when setting up her own bridal shop, Best for Bride. “It was my desire to help brides because it’s the most important day in their life,” says Olga. “We need the bride’s dreams to come true.”
I love Best for Brides. My consultant Pamela was absolutely amazing. She took care of me from beginning to end. At first I wasn't sure what I wanted and she let me try on a few dresses till I figured out what style that I wanted. From there she was able to pick dresses that were exactly what I wanted till we found THE dress. She is ver paitent, kind, understanding and helpful. I came in not expecting to actually find my dress but simply look around, but Pam was so patient and spent lots of time helping me in & out of dresses until I found the one!
