Artisano Bakery Café was thought up by brothers Michael and Joe Simeone and their friend Kathy Stoodley. The entrepreneurial trio wanted to translate their love of home-style baking and fresh food into an exciting new restaurant concept – a friendly neighbourhood café where people were treated like guests, not customers.
