Dump It Bins

Promised me a 14 bin on Saturday showed up with a 40 couldn't fit in my driveway 5 hours late. Promised to be there Monday at 8:30am never showed. When I returned home 14 bin was there and my BB net which is attached to a concrete pole was knocked over. Won't return my calls, or repair damage. Came home Wed BIN was gone and I never had a chance to fill it, driveway damaged, no message or return calls about my property damage -worst experience ever. Stay well away.

Easy to book, the guy told me $650 deposit but then took $750 from my cc. It didn't show up on the date we arranged. I called, he was very apologetic and told me they had issues but it would come the next day which it did. I called 3 days ago for it to be picked up, they said no problem it was already scheduled then. I still have this bin in my driveway and nobody is answering my phone calls or emails. I've left voicemail, nothing. After reading all of the negative reviews I'm kicking myself now

Terrible Service and Overcharged

Horrible experience with this company. Lack of communication, nothing was on time. Overbilled on weight and then they were rude and ignored me. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest others do the same.

we rented a bin from dump it bins 2 weeks ago, the process was fairly simple, our bin arrived the next day on time and picked up a week later, all in all my wife and i had a great experience.

I have never even come close to the 4.09 tons of garbage that dump it bins said I had in the 20 yard bin I rented from them. They have overcharged me. The were 1 week late picking up the bin which meant my customer had a bin in their driveway for an extra week. They haven't responded to my request to see the weigh ticket from the dump. I have not received the credit for the difference between the actual charge and the $650 deposit I gave them. I hope nobody else rents from them
