Datawise Solutions

I contacted Datawise early Sunday morning to inquire about an issue with my thermostat. John sent an email first thing Sunday morning suggesting to try to change the batteries first and sent me a manual. Amazing customer service. I am impressed by their integrity, a lot of companies would just come out to perform a service call to make the money. I would recommend Datawise to anyone.
