Cottage to Castle Property Inspection

These guys are a joke paid them 900.00 to inspect a home they said it was good so I bought They told me siding needed to be replaced When I took off the siding the back wall was totally rotten called them up and they will not do anything for For what I paid they should of found that Get someone that will stand behind what they do

The only reason why I gave 1 star is because there is no option for 0 star. Paid $500 for an inspection two years ago and i regret it ever since. The inspector missed knob and tube, which costs me $15,000 in repairs. When I contacted Castle to Cottage a few weeks after the discovery, they responded with: “With all do respect, we can’t see through the walls.” And then referred me to their uncle to repair it. Go elsewhere. No accountability and poor professionalism...but they do take good selfies!
