    Flight Hub is a rip-off!!!!! I purchased a ticket from Winnipeg to Montreal back and forth almost 1000$. I called to modify the dates because I did surgery and I wasn't well recovered... They told me if I choose to modify the dates I will lose all my money and that I have to purchase a new one. I tried to talk to the supervisor, he didn't do anything to help me plus he was supporting the agent to whom I spoke first. He was so rude and he hung up the phone on me. I felt so insulted and almost cr

    This company charged me for a flight that I never took, even after I was assured that I would not be charged! When I called to find out why my credit card was charged the supervisor was rude and dismissive! She hung up the phone on me! I will never book with them again. This is crooked service!!

    Similar to other people - I am having the same experience with this below average ZERO stars company. This company is a disgrace to Canada and Canadians. I am shocked that they are even a Canadian based company. had to cancel my ticket due to a medical reason and they charged $150 from Flighthub as well as another $100 from the airline; and now when I try to rebook with my credit - no flights available. WORST company - dont ever book with them.

    The WORST scam. I had travel credit for $825. They online link to my ticket would not give any results no matter what dates I choose to travel. Then, I called customer services several times--spend more then 2 hours on the phone--I was told there was no availability even if on their regular flighthub search for the same itinerary and same destination and airline ( their rules) Then I was told I had to pay $625 more on top of the $825 I already paid to change my flight? Now, I have to loose $ 825

    I am calling them everyday -and spend at least 2 hours/call- to use my travel credit, but I wished I did not cancel my flight and charged me $150. You are going to fight with them! they are super lazy to do their job, where I have contacted AirCanada to get the right information. FLIGHTHUB IS NOT A CLEAR WEBSITE, they only care about taken your money. I would highly suggest to not use it even if the ticket is cheaper with $500. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

    I just recently lost someone to cancer and FlightHub refused to follow through with the DOTs 24 hour cancellation policy. In extention to this an agent essentially told me that their company would not exist if they allowed everyone to cancel their flight within the 24hr period. Wonderful! A company whose values and beliefs are unethical. Never book through this company.

    Another frustrated customer.my only relief is I am not the only one exactly same issues like other reviews horrible customer service waited more than 4 hrs just keep transferring to new person nothing got solved.lost 700$ and ripping another 400$ to go from Vancouver to Toronto. Worst service

    Seeing others with wrong itineraries. I wondered how our problem could be user-error. Friend paid/booked, but I was there: Confirmation had wrong states for departing/arriving & wrong dates (wrong month). BIG difference between what we got back vs. what we put in. Called FH immediately (15-Mar-2018). Rep lied (said located in U.S. [online says not] & could not waive cancellation fee [they can]). Hung up after friend asked, twice, to speak to a supervisor. Friend was not abusive to rep.

    Worst customer service agents ever!!! I was on the phone for almost 4 hours just trying to change my flight. They took the money out of my account and then they don't me they don't have it. My bank talked to them I to pictures of my account and sent it to them nothing. They are completely helpless! Just horribly rude people they're attitude is disgusting.

    Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. I had to cancel due to unforeseen surgery. On line, I am only allowed to rebook to the same destination, which is no longer an option for me. I wanted to book to another destination later and pay the difference but that option is not available online and the phone number for customer care 800 711 1755 does not connect to a human. No other options! Money lost! Extremely disappointing and frustrating!!!

    They have cheaper prices , but Worst costumer service ever. I don't know if they are located in Asia or somewhere, not possible to understanding the english langage of the agent...they just dragging you around and around a without understanding what the issue is. There is no real management in there and you have to deal with people who don't cares about your issue.

    I lost $700 for this flighthub they just took my money so easy and no more options ,no more moneyback , I will never use this website ever again .Not possible to use the credit basically . worst experienced for this company .I definitely not recommend it .I will not ever ever used it again .WORST travel agency.Very worst.

I don't know if they are located in the Philippines or where, they just dragging you around and around. and repeat the same thing over and over without understanding what the issue is. there is no real manager in there and you have to deal with people who don't cares about your issue.

    I have to cancel booked flight due to Hurricane MARIA which caused my booked Cruiser cancelled. but the Flighthub can only give a credit which can be only used for the same airline/ same person/ same origin/ same destination... not possible to use the credit basically. terrible experience.

    The absolute worst online agency to deal with. So our flight to Florida was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. We already had time off from work booked. Westjet refunded all passengers due to the Hurricane. We call these guys to find out where are refund is and they ask "We can book you on the next flight out Florida?" Seriously!!! Do you not watch the news!!!?? We have spent hours on the phone trying to get our money back to no avail. You call and they put you on hold for hours!!!
