soup was ok. rice was greasy, hunan beef was bland and greasy. I miss the sechwan village that was here before! Now I have to find a new chinese restaurant.
I visited this restaurant thinking it would be similar to the Szechuan restaurant that sat there before, I was dead wrong.
The Hunan beef was in a red, salty sauce and was not terribly flavorful. Beef with broccoli was bland, Shanghai Noodles were ok after some chili sauce was added. The spring rolls and Egg rolls were alright though.
After eating here, I was deeply saddened that the best Szechuan restaurant in the city was replaced by a restaurant that serves generic, bland "Canadian" Chinese food. I won't be returning.
This is by far the most impressive chinese place...
This is by far the most impressive chinese place i've ever used. They are very reasonably priced, the food is incredibly tasty, they are very fast AND they give you microwaveable containers so leftovers are super easy.
They've changed the name of this place SO many times, it's hard to keep track.
