We bought a top of the line hoist through them and Since getting our hoist 3 years ago, it had a slow leak in it. It wasn't a big deal since we would top it up with hydraulic fluid every month or so but each time they come up (annually), they would say they fixed it. It would be ok for a few weeks and then the slow leak. Now Coincidentally after the warranty is up, the hoist needs a new Pump that is going to cost 2000. Since it never worked right in the first place.
