I am not happy for service from the Merits of Manitoba. I had a ticket (using a cell phone in hand). The agency didn’t let me know about their decision and the agency accepted a decision which is against my instructions. After that, I didn’t get any email or phone call from Merits of MB. I still convicted (5points) and I am going to appeal. I received a letter from MPI that is why I found out this decision. Otherwise, I wouldnt know.
I have been dealing with Merits only recently as it was called POINTTS before and had been dealing with them for about 30 years.Thank God Merits is not only as good,but even better.Joan and company are first class.They have saved my driving life and for that I am extremely grateful.
