Absolutely sickening organization. During code red pandemic restrictions, MPI will continue to threaten paying customers with loss of insurance if they do not provide their vehicle for unwarranted secondary inspections. MPI will not return phone calls during the processing of a claim, for multiple weeks at a time. Most employees are rude and unhelpful. The fact that MPI has a monopoly over insurance provision in Manitoba means that they decide the prices, which are absolutely fraudulent.
