This place rips you off. I tried the layaway plan for a few items decided I didn't want the items anymore and they kept my money. Around $500. They would not compromise and give me something else worth the amount I spent and they would not even give me some of the merchandise ( more than one item). Worth some of my money. Not all I purchased was even that much. But they treated it all as one purchase and wouldn't let me take anything home. And the manager refuses to call back. So I'm out $500.
Service is absolutely rude, hostile, passive aggressive and unwelcoming if you should try to test out more than one type of instrument (I suppose they think you're not serious at that point).
They have a lot of very besten used guitars that could be bought for not much more btand new.
Despite how dead it is, most guitars are pretty out of tune and DUSTY and DIRTY.
Would never shop in such a hostile environment again.
Bought what I needed at L&M after this negative experience.
