My hairdresser is good at my hair but I had a bad experience with Cindy who I had twice. She talks badly about staff to me and my hairdresser when my color was being done. Mine was talking poorly too. Makes me feel awkward.

Way overpriced for the poor job. The colour was not the one I asked for and washed out in one wash. I know how to care for brightly coloured hair and it should not wash out in one wash in cold water. Was left with faded and patchy colour. Had to go to another hairstylist to get it fixed. Do not go here.

I had my hair done at Aura in KP Mall and it was great. Had my hair curled with a straight iron and my side shave cleaned up. It was under $40. I went to Polo Park and got the same thing done, without the shave but added a braid in the back with sparkles in my hair. She charged me $76. For the love of God get a quote before you get your hair done. That location is as bad as a car repair shop. I left upset and will never go back again.

Very rude! They did not greet me and left me waiting for several hours. Do not recommend.

I don't like their service, unwelcoming and unprof. While washing my hair the water is very warm (which is bad for your hair) and the water is splashing all over my face, the lady who helped me doesn't even care. Blow dry is not incl for $30, I walked out with wet hair and I hate the haircut. If you want w/ hairstyle, it cost extra $9+ (just for blow drying and litte style, which you can just do it by yourself). Will never come back again.
