Unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They put on a swagger to act like they know what they are doing, but in reality they don't have a clue.
Waiting to speak is a real pain, since they ignore you without answering any of your questions as they constantly answer the phone.
I would definitely not return to these amateurs.

Sorry I never meet you before or even show up at my Store and we don't even Sell a fake phones I do have after market phones brand new made in china anyways this review was post about the Mission location we do have another location at Maple Ridge so I am not really sure if this review was about Maple Ridge location or Mission its anyways if you have any problem feel free to contact us and we will see whats going on and i will be happy to help you and understand whats going on and I am sure you never were at my store in Mission

Very happy with m...
Very happy with my experience at this place. The service was awesome and the guy was extremely helpful and friendly. The prices were good and my cell was fixed within minutes while I waited. I've been to other repair shops where they treated me like they couldn't care less about my business. The repair guy at this place made me feel welcome and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely be coming back next time I have a computer or cell phone issue.
I really don't know much about computers. My husband bought me a computer at the Mission location, and Keegan was very patient and took a lot of time to transfer all my old material over to the new one. He explained everything I asked in a way that was easy for me to understand. I would recommend his shop any day!
The mission store on first avenue is awesome! He didnt have the part in the mission store so he brought my phone to the maple ridge location and delivered it to me at my work when it was finished! Amazing customer service and really nice guy. I actually just broke my phone screen again so ill be in to see him again.......see you soon!
I took my phone here and was told a day and they had it done in just an hour. Very prompt and pleasant service with these guys, also can't find cheaper rates. I've also been to their store in maple ridge excellent service in both stores. I will be back for all of my phone, camera and computer needs. Thanks again guys and keep up the excellent work !
