Do not call this company if your appliances need repair. Their technicians do not know what they are doing and management does not respond to calls or emails. I am so disappointed with this company’s service. Our technician couldn’t pull out our dishwasher and insisted we get it out. Luckily my husband figured it out but then our cabinets were damaged when the technician put it back incorrectly. The dishwasher worked when it was out but not once it was back as it was in the wrong position.
Worst experience ever. Tech advised it would cost me $115 for him to knock on my door, even tho he wasnt able to diagnose an error msg on my newer Samsung dishwasher. I was sent a quote for two sensors plus labor totaling almost $700. Tech said it could be anything from a plugged tube to both sensors. I asked for another tech to actually diagnose;told it would cost me another $115. No ability to speak with a manager. Wish I had read the online reviews before I called. Stear clear!
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Never purchase or have anything serviced by these people. Was charged $425 for a new machine that was still under warranty. Before this, I don't really know what "worst" means, this company defiantly redefined what worst service is! Here is the story, I bought a Fisher & Paykel gas cooktop from Midland appliance( Yes you are right! I didn't buy from Totem! but still can't get rid of them!). And about 2 months ago, I got a call from Totem, they notify me a safety part to prevent gas keep going when fire goes out in my cooktop, was found faulty, so need to be replaced, So they make an appointment with me. I have a Liebherr fridge that I have been trying to get the freezer repaired for over 6 months. I have spent close to $600. and it still isn't working. Customer Service takes no responsibility & refers to the technician at all times. Bruce, the tech has been here three times, was supposed to return three weeks ago, after paying $125 AGAIN for him just to walk through the door, did nothing to my freezer, and I'm still getting the run around. I will cut my loses and find someone else.
