dont even worth for 1 star, VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO BODY IS WILLING TO HELP. JUST playing YOUR LUCK IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR STUFF. NO WONDER THE COMPANY IS MESS EVERYWHERE

Terrible service and management

Worst customer service ever!

Zara only had a mirror on first floor but they blocked it with scarf wrack. When I tried to move it to see how the coat fits me, one of girl shouted at me that I am not allowed to move the wrack. Another customer asked if that was the only mirror on the floor, the girl said yes. So another customer asked again where we could find the mirror, she said in the fitting room. I just can't understand why they don't let customers to use the mirror in the clothing store. How can we know if item fits!

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Poorly run store. Cashiers talk to each other rather then the customer and absolutely NO SERVICE anywhere. Horrible. The management should of be embarrassed to work here. If this is the comoany standard. Shame you Zara. I gave it a 1 star only because I had to.
