This is a dishonest business. I would give them zero if it was possible.
I had problems with the prescription the doctor gave me in my initial appointment (which cost me $100) so I called in and asked for a second visit.
They told me there won't be a charge on the phone but when I went in and did the second checkup (which was very short), they charged me again for $35.
I would never go there again...
This service is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend it. This is the second pair of glasses I have from them and the service has always been terrific.
