Lack of professionalism

3 days after you were provided the pictures of the chimney and wood burning stove that you requested, you have not called to schedule an appointment. In my mind this demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism.

Murray was very quick to respond with a quote and schedule a cleaning. The price was very reasonable and he accommodated my schedule. Murray did a good job with sweeping the chimney and keeping the house clean. What really impressed me was he found a problem with the wood stove insert install which many previous chimney sweeps did not notice. He stayed an extra 45 minutes to fix it for me at no charge. And it's working better now. I gave him a good tip, he deserved it. Tom
