Today was my first experience shopping at Lazy Boy in Langley. I was looking for a lift chair that worked with my decor and was comfortable for my physical needs. Tanya was great at explaining the benefits of each chair and went over the fabric choices, so many choices of colour and textures. I can’t wait for my new chair to arrive, 4 short weeks and it’s mine all mine!

Dropped in to find a hide-a-bed sofa and ottoman for my guess room 01/17 2018. Sergey assisted us in choosing colour and fabric. The 1st thing I asked was the how long it takes until delivery. He answered 3-4wks. After we sat down to process the payment, I asked again to confirm, and he said up to 8wks. I reminded him that he initially told me 3-4wks and his reply was, out of his control and can take 4-5-6-7-8wks!!!!! Its now well over 9wks and still no call from the store.

Leona was so helpful and knew her merchandise very well. We were impressed!

Great Service. We were left alone to look at and try the various Sofa sets, our sales lady Leanne was close to answer our questions, a pretty easy sale when we knew roughly what we wanted and the whole adventure was great.

Ivan has waited on mea couple of times. Patience personified, very helpful and absolutely no pressure.Great store and friendly helpful staff.
