The worst service I have had from any business in my life. They jammed an air filter in wrong which caused my car to stall and I had to get it towed to a shop. I went to Mr Lube with my $400 bill and they said they would get the air filter manufacturer to pay for it. This was more than 5 months ago. The ladt time they offered me $200 and a $200 gift certificate. They have a new excuse every time and the owner seems completely incompetent
Today I visited your business and was welcomed by a very pleasant young gentleman that immediately noticed that my winter tires were installed incorrectly again thank you for that . I had a tire leak that had a repair and was leaking air he immediately even thou they were busy worked on my tire and explained fully the issue but did his best and got me on my way without being charged . I just wanted the management to know that I received exceptional customer service and will defiantly be back .
