Horrible customer service, would highly recommend going to any other dealership if it is a Hyundai you seek. Countless lies before purchasing, and zero actual knowledge of the vehicles they sell. After purchase good luck getting any questions answered, basically after you walk out that’s it, they could care less about customer service or having repeat customers.
I blew the motor in my car on Thursday No questions asked In a courtesy car within 15 minutes. Phoned on Saturday afternoon It was ready Awesome service from Scott and his crew Thank-you for your courteous and speedy service Thanks again Kim Amorim
Brought our car we previously bought only 5 months prior in for service because it had major electrical issues only to find out that apparently were not covered by warranty. Had a look around while we waited. ended up being talked into a Tucson, which appeared to be an improvement on our Sportage. Well, as a few months and time would prove, it wasnt an upgrade. the engine blew without warning and took almost 3 months to get the car back. got talked into winter tires, and that turned ugly quick.
From the time Kelowna Hyundai checked-in my Jeep, transferred it to a local transmission shop, and when I picked it up, over $500 of my possessions were stolen including hiking gear, winter boots, winter jacket, inverter, power splitter, and even my deodorant in a personal hygiene kit! Kelowna Hyundai’s security cameras only go back 8 days, and they were absolutely unwilling to do even as little as a free oil change in compensation as the car was parked outside of their lot and just said these s
While having my Hyundai serviced there, my windshield got damaged and when I asked them as soon as I got my car back what happened they were extremely rude, tried to pass it off like it was there when I brought it in, and told me it was my problem now! They went as far to hang up on me when I called to try and resolve the issue and I STILL haven't received an apology or anything from them!! BUYER BEWARE!!
Some car dealerhsips want to sell you a car or truck, but rarely do you find a dealerhsip that actually goes out of their way to help you buy a vehicle and such is the case with Kelowna Hyundai.
