We ordered a cab a few hours ahead of time to get a cab to the airport (for a trip to Europe). Due to them, we almost missed our flight. 15 minutes after we were scheduled to be picked up, they were not here. We called, and they forgot us, said they were on another call and would get someone to us. 15 minutes later, we called again, and they were still on their way. TERRIBLE and almost missed our trip.

Absolutely the worst service if had in a long time. They took almost two hours to come and they had really bad service the whole way. Overall really horrible service. Would 100% recommend finding your own ride.
The lady on the phone has horrible customer service. She literally sounds like the most unfriendly miserable person. I was told my cab would be 15 mins then when I call back to find out if it is close 20 mins later she says it hasn't even left yet. Call Kami cabs if you're in Kamloops as they are much quicker and friendlier.
For starters the people who answer the phone are incredibly rude. My cab driver took me to the wrong street (after I mentioned she was going the wrong way) and ended up turning off the meter. Once she got me to my actual address she charged me $20 saying it should have cost me $25. I thought that was steep as it was a very short distance but paid anyway. My boyfriend took a cab from the same location and paid only $8 later that night. I called to complain and was told I would get a refund.. Its been 2 weeks and every time I call and ask about my refund they tell me "we are very aware of your situation and will get back to you when head office is in tomorrow"... Ive given up on my refund but will never call yellow cabs again. Also, they are never on time.
