I went to the Ashley furniture location in Coquitlam and also visited several other furniture stores in the area. What I liked about the service from Shar specifically was that she listened to what I was looking for and then showed me several options - I liked all of them and had a hard time choosing. I went to some competitors and did not like the service - I came back to shar and bought the couch on the spot. I would highly recommend her for her personal and non-pushy service.thank you shar
It is our first time to shop in Ashley, the sales is very professional and makes his effort to meet our expectations. Following up with us regarding to the delivery is excellent! Definitely will come back for other stuff and strongly recommend it to our friends!
Bought a couch from Ashley furniture and had to wait 1 month for it to arrive. When the couch arrived, it was the wrong couch, so we had to wait another month for the new one to arrive.
Buyers beware of Ashley Furniture in Coquitlam on United Blvd. We had no problems buying our Larusi sectional which we really liked at first. Fast forward to a month of use, and the cushions have collapsed :(
Worst of all is dealing with the terrible management at the store and the technician lying on the report so we cant have a valid claim. I was yelled at by Anne Marie & Debbie. They dont record their calls either which they should!
Save your money and go elsewhere!!
