Terrible service. The owner doesnt care about her customers.
I bought a 3 month package and was going regularly until I got sick. I couldnt tan for over a month. I spoke with the owner of the salon who gave me a small extension, but refused to give me any more time. She wasnt interested in checking the legitimacy of my illness, she just said - Yeah, life happens sometimes. Are you kidding me? Your business motto is to prey on the weak and lie about your system not letting you give me more time?
I came in here knowing nothing about tanning. My cousin told me to prep my skin and get a base before our trip to the Bahamas because I always burn! Boy did it help!! Thanks for setting me with the right products and packages. I came back from my trip and didn’t burn!! Thank god!! That was a first!! Will be visiting Sunlounge before all my vacations!!
I use to tan all the time in my 20's and stopped unless I was going on vacation. Well we were going on vacation my husband and I so I looked at going back to my old tanning place and to my luck it was gone!! I mean that because I would have never found this gem ! The beds are 1st class and the staff even better! Thank you all so much for your kindness and we will see you soon ???
