My package has been scanned through Burnaby ten times now. It was shipped 23 days ago. Customer service has been contacted 4 times and they are still holding my package for pick up when I live 8 hours away.

My package has been scanned through Burnaby ten times now. It was shipped 23 days ago. Customer service has been contacted 4 times and they are still holding my package for pick up when I live 8 hours away.
We ordered an item. It was delivered to another person on a completely different street that has the same first name as my husband. The street address and last name are both different. It was dropped on his doorstep.
Hoping to make a claim. No way to get through to the website. No way to get through the local number. What a useless organization, certainly no customer service. Wont ever use them again.

As other courier services deliver my parcels this past week loomis cant seem to get their act together to even attempt a delivery. They have held my phone all week. I have called four times and waited on hold for 45 min each time. They say they will call me back but never do. Say it is a bad address.. not true and has been confirmed with them all four times. Other couriers seem to be able to find it. Telus needs to find another service cause this is resulting in them loosing a sale.
