After getting a facial here I started to get an infection on my nose. Very painful and very red bumps all over my nose, I went in to speak with a manager and was told this is simply normal,and that if I was older I would realize this. They were extremely rude and tried to blame the infection on me because i didnt as the Tec to stop. No refund and no apology I am left with an extremely paiful infecting in the middle of my face. Would not recommend.
I went there for a spa pedicure and the nail Tec made my toe bleed. She never spoke to me the whole time I was there. 3 hours later after leaving the spa my toe went all red and swollen, and started to puss. I went back 2 days later (the next day was Sunday) and the manager refused to give me a refund, and just said "accidents happen, you had the full treatment already , so hopefully it heals but I can't give you your money back". I had to go on atibiotics. Worst experience ever.
Nice location... My waxing experience was horrible :/ ended up with wax in my ear and in my hair. The girl was not detail oriented and seemed to care less. I still had wax in my ear and hair after I left, with no offer of a discount or apology.
Separate occasion I got shellac on my nails... Great selection of colours.. Just ok for mani
