he Board of WECAN Food Basket Society undertook fund raising to support the food order and the operation of the depots. We incorporate a social enterprise component by providing our depot coordinators and depot drivers food orders. Currently we receive funding from a number of sources although the food order continues to be self –supporting.The Grocery People (TGP) was approached to provide the meat and produce offered in the program.
