I went for a road test there, and rather being friendly and understanding towards me, I was shouted at that I came too early! All the customers stopped and stared in shock. The reminder emails said if you aren’t a minimum of 30 minutes early you may not be allowed to do the test. I was 40 minutes early and was shouted at and very unwelcome. Not how I wanted to start the test for sure.
Terrible service, I waited in line for almost an hour to change my address on my DL, vehicle registration and AHC. They informed me that my bank card is not considered as a second piece of ID, and to return with two pieces of mail with my new address. I returned the next day, the staff member told me they don’t require mail as ID! They processed the motor vehicle change of address, but not the AHS, I would have to stand in line again and wait for a qualified person to process the address change!
Staff is rude, asking them a question seems to offend them. Vital Registry Services claims "The Friendliest Staff In Town", this is not true! Avoid this business
I had to cancel my daughters road test because she ended up in emergency & they wouldn’t refund me the cost of the test! Not one bit of compassion & completely unprofessional!!!
