Paid our deposit for a quote January for our July 1 wedding, after countless emails and excuses/delays from Elysion we finally received our quote June 4, less than 1 month before our wedding. Would not recommend.
I had to write a few emails before getting an answer back and when I finally get one they basically told me that my budget was too poor to do anything for my wedding ... And then when I tried calling to understand their practices the owner answered me that they were on inventory so they had no time for me ... It is very unfortunate!!!
My apologies for the delayed response from 2012...I'm the new owner, my name is Colleen and I'm so sorry you had a negative experience in regards to your wedding flowers with the flower shop before I took over in 2014. I realize there is not a lot I can do at this stage but I just wanted you to know that I value your feedback and apologize for the negative experience.
