I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. We can only do our best with the time that a customer pays for. Your home needed a lot of tender loving care. as it hadn't been cleaned in some time. We did the best we could with the time you paid for.

What a nightmare! They were to do move out cleans for 2 two bedroom apartments. Windows were not cleaned in either apartment. In one of the apartments, the fridge and stove were not moved and the floor not cleaned. They were 4 hours late for one of the apartments, and they charged the full price. The vacuuming left a lot to be desired as there was still cat hair and a bobby pin on the carpet. I'm not sure why it was not possible to do a proper clean in 3 hours in empty apartments.
I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. We would have been happy to go back and do more if we would have been notified and more time was booked. Not enough time was paid for. When cleaning cupboards, appliances, walls, windows and pet hair; it does take more time. We did notify that we would be late. Month-end is always busy with move-outs and customers often want to book more time.

Hop to it Maids have been our cleaners for the past five years. Lindy has always been very accommodating and our house is pristine whenever she comes. We rely on Hop to It Maids for other services as well. They can do your shopping for you, snow removal and lawn services, all at very reasonable prices. This is very important to us, as both my wife and I are disabled.
