    Sadly disappointed

    To whom it may concern. I hope you are having a great day. I was referred to your shop "Night Owl" by a shop owner in Ft McMurray where I live. She said if I wanted to be fitted correctly and get a quality bra thats the place to go. After being fitted wrong so many times by other stores unsuccessfully, I have never had a bra thats fit me the way one should. So I went into the shop and the sales people were very pleasant and one clerk proceeded to fit me and gave me several bras to try on. Long story short I got one bra I needed for strapless dress and another for the dress I wore for my daughters wedding. (destination wedding) When I put the bra on there it did not fit correctly, and the only reason I knew it did not only not fit correctly in the front was because the clerk said "you know we don't really have what you should have in size but this will be just as good. It did not fit correctly in back. (you know the bulge above and below the strap) I figured as much because the front didn't fit right. I got a good look at the back when my brother was taking a picture of us walking to the ceremony. The bras are beautiful and the people are very nice. I was disappointed and will hesitate to shop there again. Not that $389 was too much too pay for two bras, but right up there. I would have been happier if I felt better and supported me better that special day. Ann Marie Hughson

    A New Experience

    I am a very small person and always dread going in to buy a bra as usually there is no selection nor colors available. Well this was a pleasant experience and surprise to walk into this boutique and not only have someone help me with my situation, but give me so many choices in color and style that I had a hard time picking from the pile. I ended up buying 4 bras and I must say they are the most comfortable I have ever had in my life!! Then she introduced me to the most comfortable tanga in the world, Hanky Panky!! I feel like a new woman. Thanks Night Owl, you are the best.

    A mans view

    As a newbie to Edmonton, (I work downtown), so am looking for new shops to buy things for my wife. Walked by Night Owl a few times, before I summoned the courage to go in. And to my surprise, I was so warmly welcomed, and immediately felt at ease. It made buying something for my wife so easy, and special. They even gift wrapped it for me. Will be back for every occasion!

    I love this boutique!!!

    I had the most wonderful experience in this store. Not only did I get an excellent fitting: I am now wearing the right size of bra. Thank-you Night Owl!. I also bought bras I have never seen anywhere else, so beautiful. This was my first time shopping there, and I will be visiting again. The customer service was the best in the city.
