I rarely write negative reviews but this company really annoyed me. I bought 4 hot water tanks from him and about $40,000 in other plumbing services. I got one lemon tank that seems to have an issue been though it's approx. 3 years old. I suggested rather than spend yet another service fee from him for 10 minutes of work we wait and see if it happened again. (it did) Now he's refusing to do any future work. Telling me not to contact him again. Just crappy customer service.
