Golden Needle Silver Thread

Ozzie at The Golden Needle has dealt with all my alterations for 12 years. She is the most experienced accomplished and diligent seamstress I have known. Moreover, no job is too small or messy for her – she has willingly accepted every item requiring attention that I have brought to her. The last two were shortening the sleeves of an expensive grey coat my wife bought on-line from Hudsons Bay, dealt with sooner than expected and perfectly. And repair of two thick Herdwick wool sweaters for me.

Lady was very sweet and nice. She fixed my sons fall jacket beyond my expectations. Never ripped me off in anyway. Told me price ahead of accepting the jacket. Very reasonable priced and clean store. Even did the small job that no one else would even look at. Recommended by my whole family.

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service. First, when I went back to get my item, the lady changed the price on me. Second, she raised her voice and screamed at me when I brought the item back because it didn't get cleaned. The lady has not manners or common senses. Don't go there.
