DOJO KUN SEEK PERFECTION OF CHARACTER BE FAITHFUL ENDEAVOR RESPECT OTHERS REFRAIN FROM VIOLENT BEHAVIOR Karateka are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes to their class in their training gear; if you arrive early, use the time for self directed warm-up or training. The Karate Alberta Association hosts various tournaments throughout the year for which we train for and encourage students to attend. Additional tournament equipment is required. Seihoku Shotokan Canada hosts TWO seminars per year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Students are encouraged to attend.
