I have had the pleasure of dealing with Glen Campbell Of Action Appliance for the past twenty years. Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. He goes out of his way to ensure his appointment leaves as little disruption to your life as possible. I have always found his work to be completed in a timely manner, but more importantly only the work required is completed.

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. Excellent Customer service. I would highly recommend this company as the sales staff was very helpful to explain the features of each model to make an appropriate choice. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!
