I found Super Mario's last year and have visited a few times. IF you are looking for a nice dine-in experience, this is not the place. (Having said that, there is only one other pizzeria in town and they don't have any sit down service. Everything else, however, is great!
I met the owner, Mario, and he's a true blue (or should I say true green and red) Italian! You can taste Italy in every pizza pie made.
He has good staff, most of them high school students that really seem to know their jobs. Most of the time I order for myself and they have always been very efficient. I have picked up an order for a family meal and the family all liked it.
I don't eat pizza too often however when I have a craving for pizza, Super Mario's is it!

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.

We were in last night, on a Friday. The service was nothing short of excellent. We were seat quickly, food arrived in record time. Every person we made contact here went above what we were excepting. After reading the reviews online about this restaurant I was apprehensive about going to a staff Xmas get-together involving 16 people. I don't know what other reviewers are talking about. The servers had excellent manners and the food was good (for the price) and was served in a timely manner. I didn't hear any complaints from anyone at our table. We were lucky to have a restaurant accomodate such a large group. The owner made a point of acknowledging the person who had made our reservation. Nice people, good food. I would go back.

I guess we could be considered regulars ,as we go at least once a week. The service in my opinion is great even when the server is all by herself on a busy wing night. As for the review with the $50 certificate they did have a sign on the front door, I saw it there for quite some time. The food is always good but if there is a problem they rectifiy it for us. So Im thinking most people that say they have had bad experiences with the girls being rude is just unfounded , never seen that myself. I have seen alot of loud pushy people in there and they still try to be nice.
