I just wanted to send a note about how happy I was with the service from Sergei and Mike (i think) on Saturday. Everything went smoothly and they were professional and cordial despite the heat and all the boxes to bring down the flights of stairs. Kybor was very professional when he came to give us an estimate for our move. He was also very kind to my elderly mother when he came to her apartment to give her an estimate as well. The crews for both moves were amazing! They worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything as Kybor said that they would before moving anything. They were very patient with my mother on the day of her move and made her feel comfortable on an otherwise very stressful day.
