I miss dining in at this restaurant once in a while for the buffet (due to pandemic, I have not been able to visit). I love the decorations and carved panels on the walls. While the food is about average, they have a big menu and lots of more authentic Chinese dishes to try. Read more

The Empress Hotel is the icon of Victoria. For that extra special getaway I would recommend a night at this iconic property, a horse drawn carriage tour and afternoon tea. You can't get more Victorian than that! But seriously, this is a beautiful property (the rooms are a little small) but the history, design & atmosphere make up for the lack of size. Ask about the haunted stories! Read more
