I went to this salon in the Scotia Plaza on a Friday evening after work & it was a great experience & atmosphere. It seems like all the staff get along really well. I was greeted at the front desk & seen to immediately without an appointment. The salon has recently been renovated & it looks fabulous. I also got a mani/pedi done in their spa & it was such a calming experience. Their spa is beautiful & extremely well kept.
I was delighted with the services, my haircut costed me $65 with a senior stylist (a lovely blonde irish girl). I originally came in & asked for their special for a haircut and manicure for $55 but their junior stylist was already booked up. I was disappointed but still very pleased at how they negotiated pricing for all 3 services. I was able to get a manicure for half the price & I decided to get a pedicure also because of how pleased I was with the esthetician.
I will definitely be returning & I would recommend anyone to give the salon a try, not to mention AMAZING location!

Carolyn provides an experience with the quality work and products of a high end salon (without the prices!) in a private setting. She is dedicated to ensuring that every client has the result they're seeking, and can always be counted on for awesome conversation. Carolyn has the expertise and efficiency that comes with her many years of experience. Yet she is never in a hurry. As for me, my hair colour routinely receives compliments and my haircuts work even though I do nothing to style it.

We have been Bogdan's clients for over 5 years and he had helped us on many ocasions. His deep tissue massage is excellent! A pain in your back, neck, legs, or arms disappears right away!
Our daughter is also a happy acne-free girl after a facial treatment provided by Margaret.
The receptionist is very friendly and always reminds us about our scheduled visit. The location is convenient and the place nice and clean.

Sherry is the best person to go to if you are looking for an eyebrow shaping expert! A sweet and super polite girl who knows her job. She has never disappointed me, does my eyebrows real good every time, and most important, its pain-free!I am in general a fussy client, but Sherry has certainly taken care of my thin, eyebrows and now they look great! 5 stars from me!
