Went in for the first time ever on 12/14/2017 to get a hair trim. The lady (unsure of her name) was kind and really wanted to make sure she knew what I wanted before starting to cut. She gave me a cut and made sure I liked it before sending me off. However, she was trying to up sell me into a wash, curl, adding toner etc which I was not fond of.
