For the past three months my air exchange system has been shut down. One call - and lots of back and forth from Fantech solved my problems! I'm very impressed - in fact when this system goes - I stay Canadian and will replace with Fantech products!

I was very pleased we the friendly and helpful reception upon arrival at this business. My problem was taken care off very quickly and I felt as though the staff was glad to be able to assist me. All I needed was to have my wheels re- torqued and they did it quickly and at no charge. I told them I didn’t live in the area and likely wouldn’t need their service again, but they still treated me like I was their best customer. These people know what good customer service is all about.

This was the best and most honest service I have ever received from any company. They charged me 40$ less then the actual quote.
