I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). I was in Brockville recently visiting family, we ordered from the Gino's there, i sincerely hope you are not affiliated with them. Complete opposite of Gino's in Kingston. The service was very slow, the food was un eatable and when my cousin called to complain the manager was pleasant but was really not interested in what we had to say.
