I visit this location on a regular basis since I live in the area! First time I visited this location, one of the bartenders asked my name, and remembered it the next time i visited! All of the wait staff are super friendly, and funny! This location has a lot of daily features and drink specials which me and my friends enjoy...Food has always been good, and if there is anything ever wrong or not up to my satisfaction the management and staff make sure it is dealt with so I leave satisfied. Overall great location, close to downtown core, and a good place for grill or pub type food and drinks!

I have been here a few times over the past year or so, and I have to say things seem to have gotten better. Our server was super friendly, and was always right there with drinks when needed.
The menu is what you'd expect, nothing mind blowing. But unlike in the past, the wings were juicy (sure they are smaller, but at least they are not that breaded crap!) and you get great fries and the best dipping sauce around. My wife had the pizza, which is suprisingly good. Our waitress said that they've got a bunch of new cooks in the back, and it shows.
Its not where you'd go for fine dining, but for some good drinks and decent bar food, it's tough to beat.

I am a semi-regular at this location, and also go to the other locations in Waterloo and Cambridge now and then. The service is pretty snarly, but a bit more attentive than at the other locations. The food is always good. I love their Malaysian Seafood Laksa Noodle Soup, and their pho, as well as their pork balls. Just don't go during the busy dinner hours.

We visited we a friend who lives in town and is regular. He did make reservations for 7:45 so we would miss the evening theater crowd. Great pick your toppings thin crust pizza (there is a checklist on the table for each pizza), about medium sized .A decent size bowl of spaghetti and meat balls. My wife loved her linguine. The menu is not extensive and there was no overall 'theme' but the food we had was pretty good. They recommended a great wine and the waitress was excellent - both friendly and helpful.
We booked at the last minute and were glad we did. Not a fine dining experience if that is what you want but a comfortable experience. We split a salad and the entree portions were a good size. My husband had a Thai noodle type dish and he really enjoyed it. I had the prime rib which came as I requested. We didn't have dessert but marvelled at a couple of plates that went by.
