Generally, there are two seatings for dinner. The first time I went,it was late, after the first seating. The food was amazing, the service was great and we really enjoyed our meal. I returned quickly to relive my experience. The second experience was a little less enjoyable. We in the main service, and the restaurant was way too packed, service was slow, the food was cold and quite dissapointing. I felt rushed as well. To fully enjoy, arrive later. Read more

Probably the best pineapple fried rice in the city. It came in an actual pineapple. Must try the general Tao, super tasty with just the perfect sauce. Neighbourhood gem a must try. If you are looking for the best the Peking duck in Montreal, you can find it here at Mon Nan! Been going here for years and they never disappoint! If you've never had Peking duck before, ask for the duck with 3 preparations. You will get a duck soup, the peking duck which is rice crepes wrapped with duck skin and then, the last preparation is with the duck meat. It's a stir fry of duck meat with veggies. I highly recommend that you add noodles to this last preparation. You should also try their pan fried dumplings. Absolutely delicious! Enjoy! Read more
