I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!! Read more

Iam very impressed with ABC bridal! Iam a bride on a budget and needed to find a dress $500 or less. I dealt with a lady named georgina and she was very friendly and helpful. i told her I was on a budget and what style of dress I wanted. she showed me that they had some dresses on a discount rack. I tried different dresses on and she gave suggestions and told me what looked good on me. I ended up finding a dress for $125!!! no kidding! It was a nice strapless dress with no sequins or decorations, just a nice simple rhine stone diamond shaped broche in the middle of the bust with dangling rhime stones hanging on the bottom of it. I also purchased fingerless gloves, a flower hair peice, a veil and all of that including my dress came to $280!!! georgina helped me decide on all of it and she was the best to deal with! I went to other dress shops and that had little or no interest in helping me find a dress, and alot of other places are very expensive. I also got brides maids dresses there and they were all $153 each! I highly recomend buying a dress from here! Read more
