I have used the services of Capital Tailor on numerous occasions and every garment that they have worked on has been flawlessly tailored. Judy is very honest in consultations and is obviously a very knowledgeable and skilled tailor. She once even met me after hours when I lost track of time and forgot to pick up a dress I needed for a wedding prior to her leaving on an extended vacation!
