Eric at Altis was friendly, reliable and had clear communication. I felt a good sense of trust. He installed a ring doorbell for me and explained all the features including risks. He even helped set up the Ring app. In addition, our fan light was out and it was a complicated process to figure out the LED bulb that needed to be ordered.
