I love this store I always check here first for things I need. My only complaint is they don't provide handicapped scooters as I walk with a cane and can't stand for too long. They at least could have a chair in each dept. so people could sit for a minute and then shop longer

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon.
