We are truly sorry that your visit to us was interpreted in such a negative manner. We pride ourselves on being friendly and accommodating with each and every client that comes to our Salon. We stay late almost every night of the week to fit someone in that cannot come during our regular scheduled salon hours. You had missed the entire appointment, and unfortunately we were already completely booked up that day and were unable to fit you in. As it was a Saturday on a long weekend we also had plans after hours and weren't able to plan an additional appointment. The stylist that you said was 'sitting on her butt' was waiting for her next scheduled client that was due in at any moment (and actually wasn't even the Stylist that was booked with any of the wedding party.) Again, we are very sorry that this had not gone as you planned, and we wish you the very best of luck with the Wedding :)
