They called me with updates and apx cost based on what they could see so far. Sent me an update when she was done and how she was doing. Her teeth looked amazing after! Our insurance wouldn't cover the bill and Fortis indicated it was our responsibility to fix. Scott, the manager at Nortstar was so accommodating it was unbelievable. I was quite nervous to leave them at first, as I wasn’t sure how the dogs would do, but the staff posted pictures that we looked for every day which really helped.
